AID2 | Business Strategy

The key part to the success of any brand or business is having a well thought out strategy that will take you from where you are now, to where you want to be within the next 12 months. Ive decided to do this by setting out some short term, mid term and long term goals to achieve. This will provide me with a good range of tasks with varying outcomes that will cover all the important areas of the business.
